In Absentia
SOLO EXHIBITION
JULY 2-6, 2026
BLUE ROSE, BEIRUT
In Absentia moves through the space between presence and disappearance, what is seen and what quietly slips away. The work reflects on attention, and on the fragile act of truly remaining with what is in front of us. In a time shaped by speed, distraction, and constant movement, perception has become fleeting. These images ask for another rhythm: there is a quiet tension running through the work, a feeling of something both present and unreachable. Not absence as emptiness, but as trace. As memory. As the lingering weight of what remains after a moment has passed. In Absentia becomes an invitation to pause, to look longer, and to rediscover the depth contained within the seemingly ordinary. Because sometimes, the most profound experiences exist at the edge of perception, waiting only for our attention to settle long enough to meet them.
